According to article 2 of the Decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. (the “Company”) announces the appointment of Mr. Ioannis Raptakis to the position of the General Manager of Fuels Commercial Subsidiaries. Mr. Raptakis was born in 1962, holds a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece. Since 1994 Mr. Raptakis has been a MOTOR OIL Group employee holding various executive posts among which that of the Supply & Distribution Manager of AVIN OIL (2007-2018) and of CORAL (2018-2022) while from July 2022 until April 2026 he held the position of the General Manager of AVIN OIL. 

Moreover, the Company announces the appointment of Mr. Ioannis Kalogirou to the position of General Manager of Electrification - Retail. Mr. Kalogirou held the position of General Manager of Fuels Commercial Subsidiaries from June 2022 until April 2026.

Lastly, the Company announces the termination of the employment relationship with the Supply & Trading General Manager Mr. Alkhas Khametov.
