ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR

FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR THE YEAR 2026

In the context of the correct and timely information of the investing public and in accordance with article 4.1.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and in accordance with Decision #25 of Athens Stock Exchange, "LAMPSA HELLENIC HOTELS S.A." announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2026: 

- Announcement of annual Financial Results for the financial year 2025 on Thursday, April 30, 2026, after the end of the meeting.

- Announcement of the Annual Financial Report for the financial year 2025, on Thursday, April 30, 2026, after the end of the meeting with posting on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange as well as on the Company's website (www.lampsa.gr).  

- Press Release with comments on Financial Results 2025 on Thursday, April 30, 2026 

- Annual Analyst Update on Thursday, May 28, 2026 

- Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, June 25, 2026 

- Announcement of Financial Results for the first half of 2026 on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 

- The Board of Directors recommends the Annual General Meeting of shareholders not to distribute a dividend for the financial year 2025, given the need to finance the Group's investment plans.
