RELEASE OF COMMENTS ON THE 2025 ANNUAL REPORT

ONYX TOURISTIKI S.A. has released the key financial figures for financial year 2025.

The company’s turnover came to €2,022 thousand, compared to € 2,680 thousand in the previous year, marking a decrease of €658 thousand, or 24.6%. The Group’s turnover on a consolidated basis amounted to €2,286 thousand, compared to €3,189 thousand in the previous financial year, for a decrease of €903 thousand, or 28.3%.

The company’s gross profit/(loss) ended at €180 thousand, down from €1,605 thousand in the previous year, while the Group’s gross results were (€396 thousand), compared to €2,023 thousand in 2024.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) at company level were (€3,138) thousand, compared to (€573) thousand during the previous year, and Group EBITDA for the year came to (€4,435) thousand, from (€535) thousand in 2024.

The company’s profit/(loss) before tax for FY2025 amounted to (€4,765) thousand, compared to (€1,612) thousand for 2024. The Group’s profit/(loss) before tax for FY2025 came to (€5,527) thousand, compared to (€1,623) thousand for FY2024.

The company’s profit/(loss) after tax for 2025 amounted to (€4,251) thousand, compared to (€1,246) thousand for 2024. The Group’s profit/(loss) after tax for the current financial year came to (€5,028) thousand, compared to (€1,278) thousand for the same period last year.
