Financial Results Announcement for Fiscal Year 2025
House of Agriculture Spirou has published its Annual Financial Report for fiscal year 2025.
During 2025, the Group and Company AGROTIKOS OIKOS SPYROU S.A. achieved a turnover of €15.015 thousand (versus €16.393 thousand in previous fiscal year) and €12.725 thousand (versus €13.511 thousand in previous fiscal year), respectively.
Operating profit at Group level amounted to €1.557 thousand, compared to €216 thousand in 2024, while at Company level it reached €1.709 thousand, compared to €107 thousand in previous year.
The final consolidated result before tax is profit of €3.883 thousand (compared to losses of €-289 thousand in previous year), while adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) are positive €438 thousand, as well as the Company’s EBITDA, which are €541 thousand for fiscal year 2025.
Finally, during 2025, the Company’s financial restructuring was completed, given that, after the restructuring of its loan obligations, a settlement regarding the long-term repayment of the Company’s tax and social security liabilities, was also reached.
