The company  “SPIROU HOUSE OF AGRICULTURE S.A”  in the context of proper and  timely information of the investing public and in accordance with Article 4.1.1.1 of Athens Stock Exchange (ΑΤΗΕΧ)  Regulation  and Decision 25 of the Governing Committee of ATHEX,  announces the 2025 Financial Calendar:

April 30, 2026: Date of Announcement and Publication  of the Annual Financial  Report for the fiscal year 2025 (after   close session)  on Athens Exchange website (www.athexgroup.gr) and  company’s website (www.spirou.gr).

April 30, 2026: Comments on Financial Report

September 10, 2026: Ordinary Annual General Meeting

September 30, 2026:  Date of Announcement and Publication of the Semi Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2026.

Is noted that Company’s  Board of Directors  proposal of at the Ordinary General Meeting will be no dividend distribution for the fiscal year   2025.
