SPACE HELLAS S.A. within the context of accurate and timely notification of the investing public and pursuant to the Euronext Athens Rulebook, announces that the Financial Calendar of the year 2026, which was announced on 12.03.2026, is amended as to the date of the analysts’ briefing (that was initially set for Tuesday, 12 May 2026), as follows: 

• Analysts’ Briefing regarding the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2025 will take place on Thursday, May 14, 2026 

Apart from the above-mentioned amendment the 2026 Financial Calendar remains as published.
