AMENDMENT TO THE FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR THE YEAR 2026

In the context of proper, timely and valid information to shareholders and the investment community in general, and in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations of Euronext Athens, the société anonyme under the corporate name “ERIOURGIA TRIA ALFA S.A.” announces that the Financial Calendar for 2026 is amended with respect to the date of announcement of the Annual Financial Report for the period ended 31 December 2025.

Specifically, the new date for the announcement of the Annual Financial Report for the period ended 31 December 2025 is set for 30 April 2026, instead of the originally scheduled date of 29 April 2026.

The publication of the Annual Financial Report will take place prior to the opening of the trading session of Euronext Athens on 30 April 2026 and will be available on the Company’s website (www.triaalfa.gr) as well as on the Euronext Athens website.
