Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) amounted to €1.974 million (€2.503 million in 2024). Earnings Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT) amounted to €701 thousand (€1.201 million in 2024).

Profit before tax amounted to €359 thousand (profit of €675 thousand in 2024), while Net Profit After Taxes and Minority Interests amounted to €216 thousand (compared to profit of €560 thousand in 2024).

The turnover of the Parent Company VOYATZOGLOU S.A amounted to €26.310 million, compared to €29.278 million in the previous fiscal year, marking a decrease of 10,14%. Gross profit amounted to €7.552 million, marking a decrease of 14,80% compared to the previous fiscal year 2024 (€8.864 million). Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) amounted to €962 thousand (profit of €1.515 million in 2024). Earnings Before Interest and Taxes (EBIT) amounted to €29 thousand (profit of €547 thousand in 2024).

The Parent Company’s results before tax recorded a loss of €364 thousand, compared to profit of €785 thousand in 2024, while the results after tax recorded a loss of €297 thousand, compared to profit of €723 thousand in fiscal year 2024.
