The Company FLOUR MILLS K. SARANTOPOULOS S.A., in the context of the correct and timely information of the Investors and in accordance with the provisions of article 4.1.1, paragraph 2of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation and Decision No 25/15.04.2024 of the Stock Exchange Markets Management Committee of Athens Stock Exchange, announces the Financial Calendar for the year 2025, which is as follows:

1. Announcement and Publication of the Annual Financial Statements for the Fiscal Year 2025, on Thursday April 30, 2026, after the end of the stock exchange session.
2. Publication of the key financial figures Announcement for the Fiscal Year 2025, on Thursday April 30, 2026, after the end of the stock exchange session.
3. Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: Thursday, June 25, 2026.
4. Publication of Interim Financial Statements 2026, on Monday, September 28, 2026.
5. No dividend will be distributed for the Fiscal Year 2025. 

The financial results will be available on the ATHEX website (www.athexgroup.gr), and on FLOUR MILLS K. SARANTOPOULOS S.A website (ksarantopoulos.gr).

The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, after informing the Investors in a timely manner with a new announcement in accordance with the provisions of ATHEX Regulation.
