The company PAPOUTSANIS SA (the Company), according to the law. 3556/2007, Regulation 596/2014 and the Euronext Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, each as applicable, informs the investing public that due to distribution of profits from previous years in kind through the distribution of shares owned by the Company, the percentage of voting rights controlled by 3Κ Investment Partners Limited amounts today to 6,22% of the total voting rights of the Company's shares (corresponding to 1.686.847 common, registered, voting shares of the Company). "3K Investment Company Limited" holds 100% of the share capital of "3K Investment Partners Single-member Mutual Fund", a company that manages the mutual funds, "3K Domestic Equity Fund", "3K Greek Value Domestic Equity Fund" and "NN HELLAS Equity Fund", which hold (as direct shareholders) shares of the Company.

It is noted that the aforementioned change, i.e. the increase from 6,16% of the total voting rights of the Company notified to the Company on the basis of the relevant TR1 notification on 09.02.2022 does not exceed the limits of article 9 of Law 3556/2007.
