FINANCIAL RESULTS PRESS RELEASE 2025
KEKROPS (ATHEX: ΚΕΚΡ) announces the financial results of the fiscal year 2025, according to IFRS.

Revenue: Sales for the 2025 fiscal year amounted to €2,083 thousand, compared to €4,018 thousand as of December 31, 2024. The decrease in sales is due to the sale of one acre in the current fiscal year compared to two acres and one apartment in the prior fiscal year.
Profit/(Loss) Before Taxes: Pre-tax losses for the current fiscal year amount to €903 thousand, compared to losses of €1,378 thousand in the previous fiscal year, a decrease of €475 thousand. The current period was negatively impacted by €346 thousand from the valuation of plot OT 133.
Net Debt: During the second half of 2025, the Company proceeded with the full repayment of its debt obligations (bond loan and working capital) to its two shareholders “GEK TERNA REAL ESTATE AND CONSTRUCTION HOLDING COMPANY” and “INTRADEVELOPMENT SOCIETE ANONYME FOR REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT AND EXPLOITATION”
The Company now has a positive cash position with zero debt, having repaid €5.6 million in loan obligations to the bank and shareholders over the past two fiscal years.
Distribution of profits
The Company’s financial results for the fiscal year 2025 do not permit the distribution of dividends for this fiscal year.
