The financial performance and results of both the Company and the Group during full year 2025 compared with the previous full year 2024 are the following: 

a) The consolidated group turnover amounted to 163.768 million Euros compared to 156.593 million Euros of previous year, increased by 4.58%, and the company turnover amounted to 117.973 million Euros compared to 119.085 million Euros of previous year, resulting in a percentage decrease of 0.93%. 

b) The Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) amounted to 25.861 million Euros, at group level, compared to 20.658 million Euros of previous year, increased by 25.19% and to 14.599 million Euros, at company level, compared to 17.711 million Euros of previous year, resulting to a percentage decrease of 17.57%.

c) The Earnings Before Taxes (EBT) amounted for the Group to 15.375 million Euros compared to 14.063 million Euros of previous year, increased by 9.33% and to 6.402 million Euros, at company level, compared to 12.715 million Euros of previous year, resulting in a percentage decrease of 49.65%.

d) The Earnings After Taxes (EAT) amounted for the Group to 11.217 million Euros compared to 10.675 million Euros of previous year, increased by 5.08% and to 4.780 million Euros, at Company level, compared to 9.774 million Euros of previous year, resulting in a percentage decrease of 51.09%.
