In line with to the proper, valid and timely Investors Update and according to article 4.1.1(par.1) and article 4.1.1(par.2) of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, (hereinafter “Regulation”) and Decision No. 25/15.4.2024 of the Stock Markets Steering Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange, as currently in force, “VOYATZOGLOU SA” (hereinafter “Company”) announces key dates of the financial calendar for 2026: 

• Date of announcement and publication of the Annual Financial Statements of Fiscal Year 2025 (1.1.2025-31.12.2025), prepared in accordance with IAS / IFRS standards: Τhursday 30^th Αpril 2026.  

The Financial Results will be uploaded before the opening of the Athens Stock Exchange session, on the Company's website: www.voyatzoglou.gr and the Athens Stock Exchange website: https://athens.euronext.com.

• The Annual Regular General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Tuesday, June 16^th  2026.
• The Company's Board of Directors will submit a proposal to the Annual Regular General Meeting of Shareholders for the non-distribution of a dividend for the year 2025 (01.01.2025-31.12.2025).
• Date of announcement/publication of the Semi-Annual Financial Report for the first half of the fiscal year 2026 (01.01.2026-30.06.2026): Wednesday 30^th September 2026 (The Financial Results will be uploaded before the opening of the Athens Stock Exchange session). 
• The above report will be available on the Company’s website: www.voyatzoglou.gr  and the official A.S.E. website: https://athens.euronext.com.
