FINANCIAL CALENDAR FOR THE YEAR 2026

 

In accordance with Article 4.1.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook and Decision No. 25 of the Athens Exchange, and with a view to ensuring timely and accurate information to the investing public, DOMIKI KRITIS S.A. announces its Financial Calendar for the year 2026 as follows:

• Publication of the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2025 will take place on Thursday, 30^th of April, 2026, by posting it on the website of the Athens Stock Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr) and on the Company’s website (www.domik.gr). The publication will occur after the close of the Athens Stock Exchange trading session.
•  Announcement with commentary on the Financial Results for the fiscal year 2025 will be made on Tuesday, 5^th of May, 2026.
• The Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Friday, 4^th of September, 2026.
• The Company will not distribute a dividend for the fiscal year 2025. 

Please note that the Company reserves the right to amend the above dates, provided that any changes are communicated in a timely manner to the investing public through a revised announcement, in accordance with the provisions of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook.
