Date of announcement of press release with comments on the Annual Economic Report: Thursday 30.04.2026 after the close of the market.

Date of announcement of the Annual Economic Report on the Athens Stock Exchange: Thursday 30.04.2026 after the close of the market.

Date of announcement of the Annual Financial Report on www.unibios.gr website: Thursday 30.04.2026 after the close of the market.

Date of Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders: Friday 04.09.2026, TIME: 14:00.

Date of announcement of the results for the first semester 2026: Wednesday 30.09.2026

The Board of Directors of the company will propose to the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders the distribution of a capital return instead of a divident.

Cut-off Date for Return of Capital:                                                       Thursday  8.10.2026

Record Date for Return of Capital:                                                      Friday        9.10.2026

Payment Date for Return of Capital:                                                   Thursday   15.10.2026
