Financial Calendar 2026

In the context of providing proper, accurate, and timely information to the investment community, and in accordance with article 4.1.1 of the Regulation of the Athens Exchange, INTERTECH S.A. – International Technologies (hereinafter the “Company”) announces its Financial Calendar for the year 2026 as follows:

• Announcement of commentary on the Annual Financial Statements for the fiscal year 2025:
  Wednesday, April 29, 2026 
• Publication of the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2025:
  Wednesday, April 29, 2026 
• Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2026:
  Wednesday, September 2, 2026 
• Publication of the Semi-Annual Financial Report 2026:
  Tuesday, September 29, 2026 

The financial results will be posted, after the close of the Athens Exchange trading session, on the Company’s website (www.intertech.gr) and on the Euronext Athens Exchange website (https://www.athexgroup.gr).

The Company’s Board of Directors will propose to the Annual Ordinary General Meeting the non-distribution of a dividend for the fiscal year 2025.

The Company reserves the right to amend the above dates, provided that it duly informs the investment community by updating the present calendar, in accordance with the provisions of the Exchange Regulation.
