(Coca-Cola Hellenic, Company) announces today that the following prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:

 

Base Prospectus dated10 April 2012relating to the €3,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Coca-ColaHBCFinance B.V. as issuer and Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. as guarantor.

 

The Base Prospectus approval relates to the update of the company's Euro Medium Term Note Programme, and to the increase of its size from €2,000,000,000 to €3,000,000,000, and does not relate to any issuance of notes thereunder.
