S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. (the Company), pursuant to article 27 par.3 of L.3556/2007, as it stands in effect, and decision 1/434/3.7.2007 (article 11) of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that Mr. Ulysses P. Kyriacopoulos, Chairman of the Board, notified us on 20 April 2012 of the below changes to his voting rights in S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. The change arises from the transfer of 115,000 vote bearing shares to his daughter Aikaterini Kyriacopoulos, based on a parental donation agreement signed on 12 April 2012.

The voting rights of Mr. Ulysses P. Kyriacopoulos changed from 5,112,067 or 10.0020% of the share capital before the transaction, to 4,997,067 or 9.78% of the share capital, while his number of shares changed from 9,153,211 to 9,038,211 representing 17.68% of the Company's share capital.
