ANNOUNCEMENT

Avenir Leisure & Entertainment Informatics S.A. according to law 3556/2007, articles 3, (bb) and 21, combined with the provision of article 11 of the decree 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, announces that Mr. Nikolaos Kontos, executive member of the Board of Directors and General Manager of Avenir S.A, liable person according to article 13 of law 3340/2005, proceeded on 05.04.2012 to the purchase of 8.950 shares of nominal value 447,50 euro.
