In accordance with par. 2 of article 19 of L. 3556/2007 and in view of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of ELGEKA S.A. that will take place on Monday the 25^th of June 2012, at 12:00 noon, ELGEKA S.A. notifies the investing public that the draft amendment of the Articles of Association of the Company has been posted at the Company´s website (www.elgeka.gr) and at Athens Stock Exchange website (www.ase.gr). This draft will come into effect after its approval and modification by the above mentioned General Meeting (items 10 and 11 of the relevant invitation).
