SPRIDER STORES S.A. informs the investment community that pursuant to the corresponding resolution of its annual shareholders' meeting dated June 28, 2013 and its BoD meeting dated as well June 28, 2013, the composition of the Company's BoD is as follows:

1. Nikolaos Socrates Varsamis, Chairman & CEO, Executive Member
2. Chrisanthi Theodoros Simpiridou, Independent non-Executive Member
3. Kyriakos Iosif Fesatidis, Independent non-Executive Member
4. Dimitrios Efstathios Rouftis, Independent non-Executive Member
5. Maria Vasileios Tasioura, Independent non-Executive Member

The Board's term is for six years and matures on June 27, 2019.

The composition of the audit committee is the following:

1. Maria Vasileios Tasioura, Chairman
2. Chrisanthi Theodoros Simpiridou, Member
3. Kyriakos Iosif Fesatidis, Member
