Following the announcement made on 20.12.2012 regarding the merger by absorption of the 100% affiliated company PERSONAL BEST S.A., authorised dealer of SUZUKI vehicles and spare parts, by the parent company SFAKIANAKIS S.A., it is announced that hereunder the decision of the Ministry of Development and Competitiveness, with registration number K2-4432/28-06-2013, the decisions made by the Board of Directors on 18.12.2012, 15.01.2013 and 29.05.2013 were approved for the merger of the incorporated companies “SFAKIANAKIS INCORPORATED COMMERCIAL AND MANUFACTURING COMPANY OF CARS, BUILDINGS, HOTELS AND TOURIST COMPANIES” and “PERSONAL BEST CAR, MOTORCYCLE, SPARE PARTS OF SPECIAL VEHICLES  SALES, AIRCRAFTS AND BOATS, PRODUCTS OF HIGH TECHNOLOGY, ELECTRONIC DEVICES, TELECOMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT AND INSURANCE CONSULTING SERVICES INCORPORATED COMPANY”, with absorption the second from the first. The above mentioned merger is being realized according to the stipulations of articles 69, 70, 72-78 of C.L. 2190/1920 and articles 1 to 5 of the law 2166/1993 and the relevant notary action with number 1.170/10.06.2013.
