Announcement according to Article 10 par. 1 of Law 3340/2005 and Article 2 par. 2(e) of the 3/347/12.7.2005 Decision of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Commission.

 

The Company "VIOHALCO SA" announces the election dated 7/5/2012 of Mr. Francis Paul Mer as a new non-executive member of the Board of Directors, replacing Mrs. Calliopi Tsolina, executive member, who has resigned.

 

Therefore, the new Board of Directors is as follows:
