The societe anonyme under the corporate name S&B Industrial Minerals, Mining, Quarrying, Industrial, Commercial, Tourist, Shipping, Engineering, Joint-Stock Company (the “Company”), announces that, according to article 27(6) of Law 3461/2006 (the “Law”), and following the relevant notification by the Hellenic Exchanges S.A. Holding, Clearing, Settlement & Registry (the “HELEX”) the registration of the company Delphi Luxembourg Holdings S.àr.l. (the “Offeror”) in the Dematerialised Securities System (the “DSS”) was completed on 27.06.2013, as a new owner of 795,019 Company's shares, which were relevant for the squeeze-out right. Therefore, the Offeror holds today directly 51,197,862 shares of the Company in total, which represent a percentage of 100% of the fully paid-up share capital and the voting rights of the Company.
