Korres Natural Products, following the June 26^th 2013 decision of the Board of Directors and the agreement of the Banks-Bond Holders, proceeded on June 28^th 2013 to the amendment of the existing bond loan terms issued on October 9^th 2009 following the October 8^th 2009 decision of the Board of Directors and has a remaining amount of 22,4mio euro.

According to the contract amendment and change of the terms, loan duration will be extended up to 2018, three (3) additional years from the initial tenor that was up to 2015.

The loan arranger is Millennium Bank. Bond Holders are Gen iki Bank, Hellenic Postbank, Commercial (Emporiki) Bank, Eurobank and Probank.

The repayment of the bond capital will be realized in 12 unequal installments.
