on 9/05/2012, 1,000 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 5,181.85 .

This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by Mr. Gabriel Hawawini, under her capacity as Member of the Board of Directors.
