HATZIOANNOU S.A. based on Law 3556/2007 (articles 9 and 10) announces that the major shareholder and Chairman of the BoD and CEO, Mr. Athanasios Dorotheos Hatzioannou, concerning the coming Annual General Meeting on June 29, 2012 acquired through proxy 9.625.000 voting rights, which represent 13.43% of the company's total voting rights. Thus, Mr. Hatzioannou's participation in the company's voting rights shaped at 47.45%.
