15 February 2012 – Full Year 2011 Financial Results Announcement

 

15 February 2012 – Conference Call with Financial Analysts on Full Year 2011 Financial Results

 

23 March 2012 – Publication of Audited Full Year 2011 Financial Results


25 June 2012 – Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

 

1 August 2012 – Ex-capital return date of euro 0.34 per share

 

3 August 2012 – Date of determination of capital return beneficiaries (Record date)


8 August 2012 – Capital return payment date

 

The proposed capital return is subject to Annual General Meeting approval, scheduled to take place on25 June 2012.
