The company “Plaisio Computers SA” announces to the investing public, according to paragraphs 4.1.3.1ε  and 4.1.3.6. of the Rulebook of Athens Stock Exchange in combination to articles 6 and 10 of the Law 3340/2005 and articles 2 and 3 of the decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of the Board of Directors of the HCMC, that the BoD of the company was re- assembled in body as follows:

George Gerardos, President and CEO

Konstantinos Gerardos, Vice-President and CEO

George Liaskas of Charilaos, executive member

Antiopi Anna Anastasopoulou, non executive member

Nikolaos Tsiros of Konstantinos, independent non executive member and

Elias Klis of George, independent non executive member

The duty of the above mentioned BoD ends on June 30th 2015.
