G.E. DIMITRIOU S.A.  (hereinafter “the Company”) notifies according to article 14 of Law 3556/2007 and following the notification received from Mr. Spiridon Tasoglou, that on the 28^th of June 2012, the percentage of voting rights that Mr. Spiridon Tasoglou holds in the Company, fell below the threshold of 15% of the total voting rights in the Company and changed from 17,43%  to 14,68% of the total voting rights in the Company.
