Completion of Ordinary Tax Audit

SIDENOR SA, pursuant to article 4.1.3.1 ib of the Athens Exhange Regulation, informs the investment community, that the ordinary tax audit for the fiscal years 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 was completed. Additional tax plus surcharges of EUR 256,529.04 were levied. The aforementined amount has been covered in full by relevant provisions that formed our Company for unaudited fiscal years, that have burdened the results of the fiscal years 2007 and 2008.
