ELGEKA S.A. announces in accordance with paragraphs 4.1.3.1 subpar. e and 4.1.3.6 of the ATHEX Rulebook, as applicable, article 6 par. 1 of L. 3340/2005 and article 2 par. e of Decision 3/347/12.07.2005 of Hellenic Capital Market Commission that with an aim the more effective management through the redistribution of roles and responsibilities of the Company Mr. Haralambos Papantonopoulos to date Commercial Manager of ELGEKA S.A., assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer, having full responsibility for the activities of the Parent company in Greece.
