G.E. DIMITRIOU S.A.  (hereinafter “the Company”) notifies according to article 14 of Law 3556/2007 and following the notification received from Mr. Georgios Dimitriou, that on the 28^th of June 2012, the percentage of voting rights that Mr. Georgios Dimitriou holds in the Company, exceeded the threshold of 1/3 of the total voting rights in the Company and changed from 32,60% to 43,22% of the total voting rights in the Company.
