ANNOUNCEMENT OF PLANNED AMENDMENT OF COMPANY’S ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION

SPRIDER STORES S.A. announces that on the Ordinary General Assembly of the shareholders, which will be held on June 29, 2012, there will be a proposition concerning the amendment of article 2 of the company's articles of association, as follows:

 

Article 2

Headquarters

  1. The municipality of Halandri Attica is set as the company's headquarters.
  2. The company may establish stores, agencies and offices in other cities of Greece and abroad in order to serve its goals, after a BoD decision, which will set the duties, responsibilities an d the extent of their jurisdiction as well as the way of their operations.
