Pursuant to the provisions of L. 3556/2007, NIREUS SA notifies that on 26.06.2012 the percentage of voting rights attached to shares of its issuance that may be exercised by proxy holders during the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the company on 29 June 2012, amounts to 29,761% of the total number of voting rights of the company, namely 18.936.893 shares. 

Specifically:

-The shareholder and Legal Counsel of the Company, Mrs Maria Labrinou, holds directly 4.500 voting rights (0.01%) and indirectly through proxies 3.842.046 voting rights (6.035%).

-Mr.Alexandros Argyros and/or Mr. Demetrios Byzantios and/or Ms Panayota Boltetsou hold indirectly through proxies 15.094.847 voting rights (23,723%), have been given voting instructions for the agenda items No. 1,2,3,4,6,7,10, and will be instructed specifically by the shareholder how to vote on agenda items 5,8, and 9.
