Nireus SA announces that, as compared to the published Annual financial statements of 2011, changes have been made to the published information due to error. In Note 8 (e) “Directors fees and key management compensation” of the Financial Data and Information of the year 2011 and more specifically, in the “Additional data and Information” section,   the amount of € 2.266.288 has been erroneously stated instead of the correct amount of € 2.695.763. Furthermore, in Note 43 “Related Party Disclosures” of the Annual Financial Statements 2011, and more specifically under “Fees to Directors and compensation” of the Group, the amount of  € 2.201.248 has been erroneously stated instead of the correct amount of € 2.630.723, in addition to that the amount of € 2.266.288 under “Transactions and compensation to directors and key management”, of the same note, has been changed to the correct amount of € 2.695.763. The revised, as regards the above, financial statements have been posted in the websites of both the Stock Exchange and that of the Company.  Note  8 (e) “Directors fees and key management compensation”, will be republished tomorrow Friday June 29 2012, in the newspapers “Adesmeftos”, and “Xrimatistirio” and  on June 30, 2012 in the newspaper “Epikaira”. It should be noted that the above amendments do not affect the figures of the Annual Financial Statements of the Year 2011.
