SPRIDER STORES S.A. informs investors that on Monday, September 23^rd, 2013, the appeal no 1490/2013 filed by the Company as against Judgment No 8552/2013 was heard before the Thessaloniki Multi – Member First Instance Court. The validity of the injunction already granted to the Company, which suspended individual prosecution measures, including compulsory enforcement action, was extended up the to the date of issuance of the Court's decision on said appeal, which is expected within two months, The Company will inform investors on any developments.
