G.E. DIMITRIOU S.A.  (hereinafter “the Company”) notifies according to article 14 of Law 3556/2007 and following the notification received from Mr. Konstantinos Velanis, that on the 28^th of June 2012, the percentage of voting rights that Mr. Konstantinos Velanis holds indirectly, through the company Blake Assets S.A, in the Company, fell below the threshold of 15% of the total voting rights in the Company and changed from 15,62%  to 13,16% of the total voting rights in the Company.
