SPRIDER STORES announces to investors that it has republished its financial statement and information as well as the semiannual financial report for the period from January 1, 2012 to June 30, 2012 since in tables of the financial statements, and specifically in the table of cash flows, by mistake it was mentioned that pre ta earnings (continuing activities) formed at € (21.647) thou and (Decrease) / Increase in short term liabilities (except for banks) stood at € (4.297) thou.

After the correct republication of the financial statement and information and of the semiannual financial report pre-tax earnings shape at € (21,549) thou while (Decrease) / Increase in short term liabilities (except for banks) form at € (4,198) thou.
