The company “Plaisio Computers SA” announces to the investing public according to the law 3556/2007 (articles 9, 14 & 21) in combination to decision 1/434/3.7.2007 and decision 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Committee, that on September 5th, the shareholder, Vice – President of the BoD and CEO, Mr Konstantinos Gerardos of George, who owns a percentage of voting rights greater than 10%, communicated to the company that on September 4th 2012 he bought 42.000 common shares with voting rights. The percentage of voting rights of the shareholder, a change over 3% on the voting rights owned by the shareholder occurred (article 9, paragraph 4 of the law 3556/2007).

As a result the number of voting rights owned by Konstantinos Gerardos of George in the company came up to 2.892.469, i.e. a percentage of 13,09995% over the total voting rights of the company.
