HERACLES G.C.C. announces that within the framework of an amendment of its Internal Regulation the new General Direction of Aggregates & Concrete has been established; Mr. Perikles Nicolaou is appointed as General Manager reporting to the Managing Director Pierre Deleplanque. Furthermore, without any change in the General Managers, the Operational Directions were defined as follows:

A. Ιndustrial General Direction of the Cement Product Line

B. General Direction of Aggregates & Concrete 

C. Group Health & Safety Direction

D. Group Environment & Sustainability Direction

E. Sales General Direction of the Cement Product Line

F. Group Marketing General Direction

G. Supply Chain General Direction with Group responsibilities for Purchasing and IT/IS.

H. Group Finance & Control General Direction

I. Group General Direction of Legal & Real Estate

J. Group Human Resources General Direction

K. Group Communication & Public Affairs Direction

It is noted that (a) the BU Business Development Direction is abolished and the related activities were included in the Group General Direction of Marketing, (b) the Internal Audit Department and the Executive Committee were renamed to Group Internal Audit Department and Group Executive Committee respectively, as well as (c) the position of the Managing Director was renamed to Managing Director of the Company and of the Group.
