In accordance with Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4,  MLS MULTIMEDIA S.A.  announces that following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company (dated June 29, 2012)  and the Board of Director's resolution (dated June 29, 2012) purchased 1.300 own shares on Thursday September 13, 2012 with average cost price €2,1185 per share and total purchase value €2.754 through the Athens Exchange Member Alpha Finance S.A.
