Under Article 2 par. 2, case (d) of Decision No 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Board of Directors of Hellenic Capital Market Commission, ELVAL HELLENIC ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY SA announces that on September 19, 2012 sold its 75% percentage stake in its inactive subsidiary KANAL SA to its subsidiary ETEM SA for the amount of euro 45,000 in cash.
