Further to the announcements of 10.9.2012 and 20.09.2012, FFG announces that its negotiations with the Swiss Group “Dufry AG” have now reached an advanced level the purpose being to conclude an agreement for the acquisition of a strategic participation (51%) in the duty free business by Dufry AG. The implementation of the intended strategic venture, if it is accomplished, shall occur by way of a carve-out of the duty free sector from FFG.

In view of the above development, FFG has already been in contact with the lending banks and shall proceed with official announcements, according to the law, upon the final conclusion of the negotiations in the next 2 to 3 weeks.
