S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Ms. NOMIKOU KALYPSO-MARIA purchased on 30/5/2012, 1,000 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 4,656.60.

This transaction has been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by Ms Kalypso-Maria Nomikou, under her capacity as non executive member of the Board of Directors.
