Cyprus Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces that during yesterday's Meeting, the Board of Directors examined the Restructuring Plan of the Group, which has been prepared in co-operation with the appointed consultants for this purpose and approved its submission to the Central Bank of Cyprus.
