S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to Law  3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that,

1. Ms. Flora Maria P. Kyriacopoulos sold, through an over-the-counter transaction on 08/06/2012, 356,221 common shares with voting rights in our Company to Blue Water Holding S.A. for a total value of Euro 1,674,238.70

2.      Mr. Ulysses P. Kyriacopoulos sold, through an over-the-counter transaction on 08/06/2012, 242,858 common shares with voting rights in our Company to High Gate Holding S.A. for a total value of Euro 1,141,432.60

The above mentioned transactions have been duly notified to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 on 11/06/2012 by,

1. Ms. Flora Maria P. Kyriacopoulos under her capacity as member of the Board of Directors and by the company Blue Water Holding S.A., related legal entity whose voting rights are 100% controlled by Ms. Flora Maria P. Kyriacopoulos as its sole shareholder;

2.      Mr. Ulysses P. Kyriacopoulos under his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Directors and by the company High Gate Holding S.A., related legal entity whose voting rights are 100% controlled by Mr. Ulysses P. Kyriacopoulos as its sole shareholder.
