KARATZIS SA announces to the investors that on the 3rd of March 2015 ends the agreement of market making for the shares of KARATZIS SA with the HELEX member "BETA SECURITIES SA".

The last day of Market Making that is not going to be renewed, will be determined by the executive committee of HELEX. The investors will be informed about the exact date by newer announcement.
