Pursuant to Laws 3556/2007 and 3340/2005, the decision 3/347/2005 of the Capital Market Commission and the ATHEX Regulation, General Bank of Greece S.A. (“Geniki Bank”) announces that, on 30 November 2012, Société Générale, being a legal entity closely connected with Messrs Bernard David, François Turcot, Jean-Marie Navarro, Christian Celin, Didier Colin and Matthieu Vacarie, sold 1,729,725 ordinary registered shares of Geniki Bank at a total consideration of €50,507.97.
