According to article 4.1.4.3.1 of the ATHEX Regulation, “HELLENIC FABRICS S.A.” announces an amendment to the Financial Calendar 2012, regarding the date of the Annual General Meeting of its Shareholders, which will be held on Thursday 28 of June 2012.
